A free, online donor education series built around the 5 T’s of Giving: time, talent, treasure, ties, and testimony. Each session focuses on a practical topic and features experienced panelists who bring real perspective on local needs and how to respond in meaningful, doable ways. 

For example, the January 29, 2026 session spotlighted community needs across Austin and Central Texas and highlighted cause areas that often receive less attention, helping donors make more informed choices heading into Amplify Austin Day in early March. 

Most people want to help. The gap is confidence, clarity, and a path that fits real life. How To Give strengthens the entire local nonprofit ecosystem by making generosity more accessible, less intimidating, and more consistent, especially for people who have never built a giving habit before.
