Voices' Resources

If you are a member of the Voices volunteer group, this page is for your use in preparing for your presentation.  It contains all of the information you will need to make a 10-15 minute presentation to an organization where you have been scheduled to speak.

Thank you for participating in I LIVE HERE, I GIVE HERE, Central Texas’ campaign to boost the level of personal giving to nonprofits across Central Texas. The campaign will raise awareness about our community’s needs and the nonprofits working to meet those needs.

Local research shows that 69 percent of Austinites want to hear from their peers when considering giving to non-profits.  As a respected community leader, you will play a critical role in our efforts.

By sharing your commitment to personal philanthropy along with the I LIVE HERE, I GIVE HERE message, together we will have a lasting impact across the community.

    1.  Introduce the campaign and its mission

    5.  Encourage attendees to find the issue they care most about and give to become part of the solution!
